Two levels of sanctioning.

• Associate level sanctioning is available to qualified league players of selected and invited PPD members who have chosen to participate within this program in a limited manner.  Associate level sanctioning qualifies players to compete for the 100% payback plus $5,000 in added money to the Friday and Saturday events.  Associate level sanctioning also qualifies players to compete for the 100% payback in the Hi-Lo Doubles on Sunday.  Associate level sanctioning is offered to select PPD members by invitation only.  Associate player sanctioning is contingent upon access to league stats from all leagues of the Associate PPD member

• Full sanctioning, qualifies players for the same benefits as players of an associate PPD member except full sanctioning also allows players to qualify and earn invitations to compete to win a part of the $40,000 added event money at the Sunday All Star main events at all four of the All Star Series of Darts weekend-long tournaments in 2011 and to compete for a portion of $30,000 in added money at the All Star Series Championship Finale held at the fifth weekend-long tournament of the series,

Sponsorship totaling $95,000 added to All Star main events and Championship payout in 2011 is guaranteed and provided by the Full Sanctioned PPD members. 

• All Friday and Saturday events (singles, doubles, triples and 4-person teams) at each weekend of the Series along with the Sunday Hi-Lo event; are open to all sanctioned league players from any PPD member league.  All events are 100% payback with $5,000 added to the Friday and Saturday events (singles, doubles, triples and 4-person teams).  The $5,000 will be added as follows: Each event (Singles, Doubles, Triples or 4-Person) offers 4 flights of 32. Each Single's flight will have $125 added to the collected entry fees.  Each Double's flight will have $250 added. Each Triple's flight will have $375 added to the collected entry fees.  Each 4-Person team flight will have $500 added.  

• Top ranked league players of full sanctioned PPD members will establish All Star status through excellence in league performance - to earn an invitation to compete in the All Star Series (the $10,000 added Sunday main-events).  Teams of two players (1 A-player and 1 B-player via random drawing of partners) will compete for a share of the $10,000 in sponsor added money and will earn points based upon how well they perform during the Sunday competition. See separate All Star rules and next item below. 

• All Star Player must attend at least three (3) of the five (5) events to retain points throughout the entire year.  All Star invitees may attend as many as they choose – and can use three highest scores toward Championship Finale and additional $30,000 in added championship money.  All Star players also earn points at SBTs toward Championship Finale as well.  See separate rules for Sanctioned Bar Tournaments and All Star point system and next item below.

• All Star event entry fee of $20 for each Sunday event is 100% payback via the points system.  All Star participants are paid for points scored during all point-earning activities throughout the year at or following the Finale.  Estimated total value of Point fund in 2011 is expected to be in excess of $38,000.  Value of points is estimated @ 50 cents each.

• Top point earning All Stars from all point earning activities through the fourth All Star Series of Darts weekend-long tournament earn an invitation to compete in the All Star Series Finale on Sunday at the fifth All Star Series of Darts weekend-long tournament.  The top point scoring All Star’s; approximately 20%-25% of  the field of players who competed during the first four events, estimated to be 64 men and 32 women, will compete for $30,000 on that Sunday.  Men will compete for $20,000 and Women will compete for $10,000 of that championship money.  All players will also be paid for the point scores at that time as well.  All Star players who do not earn an invitation to the Finale will be mailed their point money following the Finale, unless in attendance, in which case will be paid following the end of competition at the Finale. All entry fees are paid back 100%.   Sponsor added money to the series in 2011 is $95,000.  Total entry fees and sponsor added money based upon four fights in all Friday and Saturday events is estimated for 2011 as follows:

9. Hi-Lo Doubles entry fee $1,280 per event x 5 =             $  6,400

Note: all payout estimates based upon full field in all features at all 5 events, except All Star point fund*.  All Star $95,000 sponsor added money is guaranteed. 

*Estimated All Star point funds from entry fees based upon 128 men and 64 women at each All Star main-event.  Depending upon participation, may invite more, or may have less to qualify. Point money will increase or decrease proportionately.  Evaluation of total player base equates to as many as 800 possible All Star invitees from the sponsor group’s player base, with expectations of approximately 450 potential participating All Stars throughout the Series.

Four weekends with sponsored money paid out at each event.  Then, Championship Finale and point system money paid out to all - All Stars at the fifth weekend - after final Sunday Finale event, or mailed to anyone not in attendance.

• Up to 64 Arachnid G-2.5 dart boards at each weekend of the series.

• $10,000 sponsored money paid out on All Star main-events each weekend for separate Men’s and Ladies series.

Men’s @ $6,800 + points for each position.   Ladies @ $3,200 + points for each position

• $30,000 in Championship money paid out at October Finale, split $20,000 to top 20 Men and $10,000 to top 10 Ladies, plus every All Star paid a share of point money based upon points earned in all activities.  100% of all entry fees @ $20 per player is escrowed and paid back based upon total points earned by each All Star player during the series of events leading up to the Finale.  Total point fund estimated to generate $19,200 in 2011.

            In addition to Championship money paid at the Finale,all men at the Finale will also compete for the following Finale event money and points:

   1.  $2,000 plus share of point money earned in all activities                                     

   2.  $1,750 plus share of point money earned in all activities                                      

   3.  $1,500 plus share of point money earned in all activities                                       

   4.  $1,250 plus share of point money earned in all activities                                         

   5.  $1,000 plus share of point money earned in all activities                                       

   6.  $   900 plus share of point money earned in all activities                                       

   7.  $   800 plus share of point money earned in all activities                                       

   8.  $   700 plus share of point money earned in all activities                                         

   9.  $   600 plus share of point money earned in all activities

Total player base served is estimated to exceed 2,000 with approximately 500 most-dedicated, likely tournament-attendee players.

Singles @ $20 entry fee. Will take up to 128 pre-registered (two weeks prior) Singles sign-ups, first come first served; each weekend. See separate Singles rules.  3 flights of 32 Men (all flighted by skill) and one flight of 32 Women @ $20 entry w/100% payback plus $125 added to each flight = $765 payback to 8th place for each full flight of 32.

32 entries x $20 = $640 per flight, add $125 x 4 flights = $3,060 each event, x five weekends = $15,300 total Singles payouts in the series. 

 * Maximum All Star Bonus points to be earned in one weekend capped at 12.

3-Person Teams @ $20 per person entry fee.  Will take up to 128 pre-registered (two weeks prior) triples team sign-ups, first come first served; each weekend. See separate Triples rules.  4 flights (flighted by total skill) of 32 teams @ $20 entry w/100% payback plus $375 added to each flight = $2,295 payback to 8th place for each full flight of 32.

 32 entries x 3 = 96 players x $20 = $1,920 per flight, add $375 x 4 flights = $9,180 each event, x five weekends = $45,900 total 3-person payout in the series.                        

* Maximum All Star Bonus points to be earned in one weekend capped at 12.

Mixed Doubles @ $20 per person entry fee.  Will take up to 128 pre-registered (two weeks prior) mixed-double team (one man and one woman) sign-ups, first come first served; each weekend. See separate Mixed-Doubles Team rules.  4 flights (flighted by total skill) of 32 teams @ $20 entry w/100% payback plus $250 added to each flight = $1,530 payback to 8th place for each full flight of 32.

 32 entries x 2 = 64 players x $20 = $1,280 per flight, add $250 x 4 = $6,120 each event, x five weekends = $30,600 total Mixed-Doubles payouts in the series.

4 person teams @ $20 per person entry fee. Will take up to 128 pre-registered (two weeks prior) 4 person team sign-ups, first come first served; each weekend. See separate 4-person Team rules.  4 flights (flighted by total skill)of 32 teams @ $20 entry w/100% payback plus $500 added to each flight = $3,060 payback to 8th place for each full flight of 32.

 32 entries x 4 = 128 players x $20 = $2,560 per flight, add $500 x 4 flights = $12,240 each event, x five weekends = $61,200 total 4-person payouts in the series.

Hi-Lo Doubles @ $20.00 per person enrty fee. Will take up to 64 pre-registered players as individuals, we will assign partners as described in Hi-Lo Doubles rules. 1 flight of 32 teams @ $20 entry w/100% payback = $1,280 payback to 8th place for full flight of 32.
